PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition foam which has softness and scarcely causes thermal dimensional shrinkage. SOLUTION: This foam comprises a thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) a specific inter polymer represented by ethylene-styrene random copolymer and (B) a naphthenic or aromatic process oil having a viscosity of≥20 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 40°C in a (A)/(B) weight ratio of 99/1 to 70/30.
