PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a steering wheel has to be rotated approximately two times (approx.720°) to move the direction of tire in the automobile or the like by approximately 50°, and the parking operation is not easy in the parking area or the like. SOLUTION: A steering lever is provided instead of the steering wheel. The steering lever is connected to a number of small and large gears and the gears are connected to the steering shaft.
