PULSATION REDUCING HIGH-PRESSURE HOSE BY USING SPIRAL TUNER HOSE

PURPOSE: A pulsation reducing high-pressure hose by using a spiral tuner hose is provided to improve the pulsation reducing performance of the hose by properly selecting the length of a wavelength interference section and accordingly to increase noise-reduction performance. CONSTITUTION: A pulsation reducing high-pressure hose(110) by using a spiral tuner(120) is composed of a hose inlet connecting pipe(130) mounted to the end outside of the high-pressure hose and connected with a spiral tuner hose; an intermediate nipple(150) installed with being separated from the inner end of the spiral tuner at 10¯200mm; and a hose outlet connecting pipe(140) separated from the intermediate nipple and installed to the outside of the other end of the high-pressure hose. In addition, a metal pipe having a predetermined length is connected to the outside of the hose outlet connecting pipe and a metal pipe outlet connecting pipe is connected to the end of the metal pipe.
