PURPOSE: An apparatus for depositing an organic electro-luminescence device is provided to maintain constantly a speed of deposition by minimizing a gap between a surface of a depositing material and a top member or a gap between the surface of the depositing material and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for depositing an organic electro-luminescence device includes a deposition source(100) for transmitting heat to a depositing material(20). The apparatus for depositing the organic electro-luminescence device further includes a top member(101) having an opening part, an outer wall(102), a bottom member(103), and a heating unit for supplying the heat to a surface of the depositing material(20). The heating unit is vertically moved by a transferring unit(200). The transferring unit(200) is operated according to a signal of a sensor for sensing a gap between the top member and the surface of the depositing material.
