PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device for a surgical treatment instrument for efficiently washing the surgical treatment instrument having channels.

SOLUTION: This washing device has a mouthpiece body 81 to be detachably incorporated in the surgical ultrasonic treatment apparatus 1 with the channels 65 and 66. The mouthpiece body 81 has a water supply port opened at a position to communicate with the channels 65 and 66 when the mouthpiece body is incorporated in the surgical ultrasonic treatment apparatus 1.
