<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device in which light of a desired color such as white light or the like is obtained by using a light emitting diode as the light source. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a light emitting state of every diode of respective colors of a plurality of the light emitting diodes 3, 4, 5 of different light emitting colors, an individual fraction of the number of the light emitting diodes of respective colors is obtained so that projected light will have chromaticity of a desired color, and the total number of the light emitting diodes is set so as to satisfy the individual fraction of the number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
