<p>An object of the present invention is to provide an oil tank in which return oil 24 from a hydraulic circuit 1 is diffused onto a surface of oil 25 stored in a tank body 26, and thereby the return oil 24 is prevented from going deep in the oil 25, so that a hydraulic pump is prevented from sucking oil containing air bubbles. The oil tank includes: an intake port 31 which is provided in the vicinity of a bottom of the tank body 26 and which is connected to the hydraulic pump 34 of a hydraulic circuit 1; and an return oil inlet 16 which is connected to a return pipe 35 of the hydraulic circuit 1 and through which the return oil 24 enters the tank body 26. In the tank body 26, a container 17 adapted to hold the return oil is provided. The container 17 is configured so that: the return oil inlet 16 connected to the return pipe 35 opens in the container 17; and the return oil 24 having entered and then overflowed the container 17 is diffused and mixed with the oil 25, below and around a surface of the oil 25.</p> |
