CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD IN THE SAME SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system of comparatively small scale and simple structure to enable a user to update/refer to the latest piece of customer information at each store .

SOLUTION: This customer management system has a customer management server 110 connected with the Internet 130, a terminal 120 for store connected with the customer management server 110 via a communication line 131 and installed in each store and a customer data base 113 connected with the customer management server 110. The customer management server 110 transmits customer information to the terminal 120 for store by attaching preference information and the latest visit information of a customer when the customer is at a prescribed stage or higher by referring to the customer data base 113 in response to an inquiry of the customer information from the terminal 120 for store. The customer information is downloaded to a portable terminal 121 in the store as well.
