<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that is improved in power generation efficiency than the conventional solar cell by making external light, such as the sunlight etc., efficiently incident to a photoelectric conversion layer by considering the incident angle of the light and, at the same time, by preventing the liberation of the light rays reflected on or in the conversion layer to the outside as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A light incident-side first transparent body 8 having a refractive index which is larger than that of air and smaller than that of a solar cell element-side second transparent body 3 is provided on the light incident side of a group 4 of cylindrical light condensing curved surfaces. In this way, the incident angle of the incident light 7 to the group 4 can be made smaller. Consequently, the luminous flux of the incident light 7 condensed to a group 6 of linear slit-like light transmissive-holes can be narrowed down and the quantity of the light introduced between a light reflecting layer 5 and the photoelectric conversion layer 2 can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
