PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable cellular phone, wherein there is no need of providing specific rigidity for the frame, and positioning of a back surface protective plate and a back surface display unit is facilitated, and further a repair thereof is facilitated. SOLUTION: A back surface display section 22 comprises a back surface protective plate 61, a back surface display unit 62, a back surface dust-proof cushion 63, an LED equipped back surface light guide plate 64, and a back surface reflection plate 65. There is provided a recessed portion 25 to a rear cover 24, having a step at a middle portion thereof for accommodating the back display section 22, and the back protective plate 61 is fixed to the upper surface of the recessed portion 25. A periphery portion is fixed with a double-sided tape, between the back display unit 62 and the backlight guide plate 64 and between the backlight guide plate 64 and the back-reflection plate 65; a surrounding portion of the back reflection plate 65 is fixed to a bottom surface of the recessed portion 25 with a double-sided tape 68; and further, a periphery of the surface of the back display unit 62 contacts the back of the back protective plate 61 fixed to the surface of the rear cover 24 via the back dust-proof cushion 63.
