摘要 PURPOSE: A mounting structure of metallic patterns for forging roll is provided to minimize non-operation and exchange losses due to exchange of parts for the equipment and seek stability of the equipment by adopting a mounting structure in which a wear preventing means is interposed between roll shaft of roll forging equipment and roll patterns. CONSTITUTION: In a mounting structure of metallic patterns for forging roll in which roll patterns are respectively mounted on a pair of roll shafts(1,3) rotated in an opposite direction to perform forging operation for drawing the workpiece in a length direction by passing a workpiece through a pair of roll patterns(5,7) perpendicularly to a rotational direction of the roll patterns, the mounting structure is characterized in that key grooves(15) are formed on the roll shafts, the roll patterns are mounted on the key grooves in the state that keys(13) are inserted into the key grooves so that each one end of the roll patterns is supported by the keys, and a wear preventing means one end of which is supported by the keys is inserted between the roll patterns and the roll shafts, wherein the wear preventing means is arranged between the roll patterns and roll shafts to be connected to the roll patterns through an inserting means and is formed of a curved wear plate(17) made of a material softer than that of the roll patterns and roll shafts.
