PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA base transceiver station in which communication of a mobile terminal assigned to a failed baseband processing section can be sustained. SOLUTION: A baseband processing section 15 processes data in baseband. An alarm monitoring section 16 detects a failure at the baseband processing section 15. When the alarm monitoring section 16 detects a failure in any one baseband processing section 15, a data storage section 17 transfers information in the failed baseband processing section 15 to a baseband processing section 15' at the time of failure. A switching section 13 switches the processing of the failed baseband processing section 15 to the baseband processing section 15' at the time of failure.
