PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post processing device surely guiding punch trash even if it has "burr" produced by punching left thereon, in the paper post processing device punching a carried sheet, carrying the produced punch trash by a punch trash carrier means, and storing it in a punching trash storage means. SOLUTION: This paper post processing device is provided with: a punch unit 4 punching the sheet carried from an image formation device body; a punch trash carrier belt 18 carrying the produced punch trash; a punch trash vessel 3 storing the punch trash 23 carried by the carrier belt 18; and a punch trash guide 16 guiding the punch trash on the carrier belt 18 falling and storing the punch trash vessel 3. The carrier belt 18 is driven to inversely travel so that the punch trash on the carrier belt 18 is carried inversely to the direction carried to the punch trash guide 16 by a prescribed distance alone.
