PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the feed of garbage in a state where a treatment tank is rotated and driven, in a rotating drum type garbage disposal device. SOLUTION: In the garbage disposal device 1, the garbage fed into the treatment tank 10 and a bacteria bed are agitated to decompose the garbage by microorganisms. The treatment tank 10 is divided into a first drum 10 and a flange 21. In the first drum 10, one end is closed and the other end is opened. The flange 21 is disposed on the open end side of the first drum 10. A seal member seals a space between the first drum 10 and the flange 21. The first drum 10 is rotated and driven. The flange 21 is fixed so as not to rotate. A garbage charge port 36 is formed on the second drum 10 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
