<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a general consumer to a store which is advertising and dealing with a merchandise or a service which the consumer oneself needs and acquired information by searching an advertisement searching site of store information on the internet, and at the same time to provide the store which advertises in the site with an opportunity to supply to the consumer as many merchandises as possible, service information and latest information which the store deals with. <P>SOLUTION: A man-attended general guide call center function of an in-site information is added to a conventional advertisement searching site of store information on the internet, and the consumer is smoothly guided to the store which advertises in the site and deals with the merchandise or the service which the general consumer needs.
