PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output data including process information related to manufacturing machining input from a manufacturing apparatus to a programmable controller to a personal computer at a high speed and in real time.

SOLUTION: A data signal from a programmable controller controlling the operation status of a machine facility is sequentially taken in an interface converter through an interface, and the data signal is converted to a signal conformable to a keyboard interface. After that, the converted signal is directly sent to the personal computer through the keyboard interface, displayed using an existing application software, recorded and monitored.
