PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming apparatus for a multilayered film, which can start the formation of the film causing no inclusion of air without disturbing the flow between a feed block and a casting die. SOLUTION: In the film forming apparatus comprising a plurality of dope supply lines for forming respective layers, the feed block for making the dopes, which are supplied from the respective dope supply lines, meet with each other, the casting die for casting the multilayered flowing dope discharged from the feed block and a support for receiving the dopes cast from the die, on-off valves are provided to the dope supply lines and air vent holes are provided on both sides of the on-off valves or the valve elements of the on-off valves pass through the air vent holes to be positioned even on both sides thereof.
