PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a sound characteristic of an analog phase shifter. SOLUTION: A circulating signal of a circulation loop is applied to a table 25 of Vds-admittance ratios, an admittance ratio of an FET varying with Vds is outputted from the table 25, and a multiplier 26 multiplies the output by a coefficient C. A coefficient C' outputted from this multiplier 26 is used as the coefficient of a multiplier 26 inserted into the circulation loop to reproduce the sound characteristic of the analog phase shifter using the FET.
