DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING POWER SOURCE TO TAPE DETECTING SENSOR FOR TAPE RECORDER, ELASTIC PRESSURIZING MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying a power source to a tape detecting sensor for a tape recorder capable of reducing the manufacturing cost and manufacturing man-hour of products by improving the contact force between first and second contact parts with each other and of excellently maintaining the contact state thereof without separately disposing an elastic pressurizing member, the elastic pressurizing member and a method for manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The device is provided with a reel cover which is disposed on a deck chassis and on which the tape detecting sensor for sensing the passage of the backend of the magnetic section of a magnetic tape is settled, a first power source coupling member which is mounted on the reel cover so as to be coupled at its one side to the detecting sensor and has the first contact part, a second power source coupling member which is disposed on the deck chassis and has a second contact part to be brought into contact with the first contact part when the reel cover is mounted on the deck chassis, and the elastic pressurizing member which is integrally formed on the deck chassis so as to allow the second elastic contact part to be elastically pressurized to the first contact direction.
