PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user has an unpleasant feeling because warm water is left for a long time in a warm water storage tank when a sanitary washing device is not used for a long time such as several days or several weeks because of long absence. SOLUTION: The warm water in a warm water storage tank heated by a heater is discharged from a nozzle to wash the private parts. In this device, a control part is provided to control the replacement of the warm water in the tank when it is determined in washing that the warm water in the tank is not used for a long time. In this way, when it is determined that the warm water in the tank is not used for a long time, the warm water in the tank can be replaced and the user can wash the private parts with replaced fresh warm water.
