<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort required for a customizing work by preparing a document sample to be the base in performing the customizing work for various documents in a library. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 21 is connected to a plurality of library side client devices 14 through a network 30 and is able to access a document database 22. Each library side client device 14 has a document form preparing means for preparing a document form related to books or magazines. The server device 21 registers the document form prepared in the library side client device 14, as a sample in the document database 22, and provides the document sample registered in the document database 22, in response to a downloading request from the other library side client device 14.
