PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a locked state of a seat mounted on a vehicle body side and to simplify attaching/detaching operation. SOLUTION: The attachment/detachment device for a vehicle seat attaches/detaches a seat on the vehicle body side, and is equipped with locking mechanisms 20 provided on the seat side or on one side of the vehicle body, and a locked member provided on the other side for being locked by the locking mechanisms 20. The locking mechanisms 20 are positioned in at least two places and are interlockingly structured by connecting members (locking rod 26, ratchet rod 28). The lock mechanism 20 and the locked member are reciprocally attachable/detachable by a one-way movement of the seat. The locking mechanisms 20 can be unlocked by operation of an operating member (lever 30) through the connecting members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
