PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an exhaust emission collecting container for treating evaporated fuel.

SOLUTION: In this exhaust emission treatment device 20 capable of collecting exhaust emission from an exhaust passage 5 to the collecting container 21 connected to the exhaust passage 5 of the internal combustion engine 1, the collecting container 21 is connected to the fuel tank 8 of the internal combustion engine 1 through an evaporated fuel passage 30. A fuel lead-in control valve 31 for opening and closing the evaporated fuel passage 30 is installed in the evaporated fuel passage 30.
