PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing airtight packing, attaining compatibility between securing of an flexible stroke to a counterpart sealing member and securing of the strength of a joint part. SOLUTION: In this waterproofing airtight packing 10, a pressure resistance tube 20 demarcating a pressure chamber and a flexible sealing body 30 pressed to a sealing plate (the counterpart sealing member) 4 are formed as a separate body. The flexible sealing body 30 has an assembling opening 31 for storing the pressure resistance tube 20 in assembling, paired bead parts (fitting parts) 32 extended in the longitudinal direction with the assembling opening 31 held therebetween, and a sealing part 33 pressed to the sealing plate 4 as the pressure tube 20 is expanded.
