PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard of new structure that can ensure wiring from a room side and can absorb unevenness of a floor. SOLUTION: A baseboard body is divided into an upper base 1 and a lower base 2, and at least either the upper base or the lower base has a wiring storing groove 5, 7 cut in a front face. The front faces of the upper base and lower base are continuously covered with a cover 3. At least either the upper base or the lower base has a cover fixing groove 4 cut in the front face, in which a back projection 3d of the cover is fitted to mount the cover. Application forming a clearance of an arbitrary height between the upper base and the lower base can absorb unevenness of a floor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
