PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a floor panel of an access floor panel is provided to produce the floor panel by inserting an inner body into a receiving unit of a lower mold to form a space unit, covering and sealing the lower mold with an upper mold, and then injecting mold making materials through an injection hole of the upper mold into the space unit and accordingly to improve the productivity of the floor panel, reinforce the edge unit of the floor panel, and obtain a decoration effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a floor panel(1) of an access floor panel is composed of steps for forming a lower mold to form a protruded unit and a receiving unit of a proper depth inclined upward; extending and forming an inflow groove(22) to the outer periphery, producing an inner body by pressing and fixing a finishing tile(24) to the upper surface, and inserting the inner body into the receiving unit to form a space unit between the receiving unit of the lower mold and the inner body; producing an upper mold placed on the upper part of the inner body and the lower mold and formed with a plurality of injection holes; injecting mold making materials of proper temperature through the injection holes of the upper mold into the space unit; drying the mold making materials for a proper time; and completing the formation of the floor panel by separating the upper and lower molds.
