PURPOSE: A portable pocket for protecting the forearm muscle is provided to manage one's small-sized belongings desired to be carried upon an exercise. CONSTITUTION: A pocket portion is interposed at a muscle protector made of a sweat absorbing expansion band, and an expansive fiber is used for putting on the forearm. A cover at the upper end of a pocket(A1) is adhered to the front surface of the pocket(A1) by using attaching and detaching functions(6,8). Detachable regions(9,10) are formed on the side faces of the protector so as to be utilized for putting on and off the protector and for use in other regions except for the forearm.
