<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry toner composition for electrostatic charge images, which composition can simultaneously satisfy toner flow properties, electrostatic chargeability, transferability, cleanability, and fixability for a long period of time and can acquire images excellent for the surface glossiness and bending resistance properties of the images, and an electrostatic charge image developer using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The dry toner composition for the electrostatic charge images contains toner particles consisting of a binder resin, coloring matter, a releasing agent, and internal particulate as components, and external additive particulate. The composition contains fine powder of an inorganic compound prepared by coating the surfaces with an electrostatic charge controlling agent as the internal additive particulate and is added with at least two or more kinds of the fine powder of the inorganic compounds varying in primary volume average grain sizes as the external additive particulate.
