PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine combustor capable of keeping a large recirculating range of combustion gas, and improving flammability thereof. SOLUTION: The inner diameterϕR is made to be thicker than the inner diameterϕr of a conventional bypass pipe 5e, thereby adjusting an upper limit of the amount of bypass air supplied at the time of partial loading to be larger than the conventional one. Therefore, the flow rate of combustion air at the time of partial loading can be reduced, and a fuel/air ratio can be improved, so that combustion gas temperature is raised to suppress the discharge amount of NOx, CO, UHC, VOC.
