PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of keeping sitting feeling good when inclining the seat associated with the inclining of a seat back, also optimizing the inclining degree of the seat, pressurizing force when reclining the seat and energizing force when returning the seat, making a seat cushion part thin in thickness, and efficiently rotating a one-person seat. SOLUTION: A seat back spindle 21 is provided in a distance range of 0 to 50 mm forward from a vertical line passing through the hip point 23 of a sitting person for axially supporting a seat back frame 18 in a reclining possible state. A biasing member 24 is provided for biasing the frame 18 ordinarily in a direction of returning from reclining. A seat spindle 22 is provided in a distance range of 100 to 200 mm forward from a vertical line passing through the seat back spindle 21 for axially supporting a seat frame 19 in a tilting possible manner so that its rear part may move up and down. A connection point 27 is provided in a distance range of 70 to 110 mm backward from the vertical line passing through the seat back spindle 21 for connecting a connection member 20 extending from the seat back frame 18 with the seat frame 19.
