PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line interface circuit with a simple configuration for preventing a fault such as reduction in a communication rate of a communication apparatus and a data error or the like due to induced noise and radiation noise with a high frequency suddenly caused. SOLUTION: In the line interface circuit 100 with a line transformer 101 having a primary coil 120 connected to a line and a secondary coil 121 connected to a device side, a midpoint of the secondary coil 121 is grounded via a resistor 104, and a capacitor bypassing a high frequency noise signal is connected in parallel with the resistor 104.
