PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure whereby an on-vehicle antenna can surely be connected to ground with a simple configuration and very high fitting workability. SOLUTION: The grounding structure for the on-vehicle antenna wherein a coaxial cable 10 for feeding the antenna is fixed to a vehicle body iron plate 23 and an outer conductor 12 of the coaxial cable 10 and the vehicle body iron plate 23 are electrically connected to ground the antenna to a vehicle body, includes: a coupling plate 21 installed and supported along an axial direction of the coaxial cable 10, electrically connected to the outer conductor 12 of the coaxial cable 10, and made of a conductive thin plate member; and a double-faced adhesive tape 22 made of a dielectric material adhering a bottom face of the coupling plate 21 to the vehicle body iron plate 23 and capacitively coupling the bottom face and the iron plate 23.
