<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fuel cell stack efficiently generate power with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 2 is reformed for power generation by a reforming part 12 giving heat necessary for reforming at the reforming part 12 with a combustion part 11, and hydrogen is sent to a hydrogen permeating part 14 through a hydrogen separation membrane 13. Then, the hydrogen of the hydrogen permeating part 14 as well as air is supplied to the fuel cell stack 2 to have them generate power, and cooling water is supplied to the fuel cell stack 2. In the system, a hydrogen gas supply direction of a hydrogen gas flow channel and a cooling water circulation direction of a cooling water flow channel are made almost the same at least partly, a saturated vapor pressure of the hydrogen gas as a hydrogen gas outlet of the fuel cell stack is made higher than a saturated vapor pressure of the hydrogen gas at a hydrogen gas inlet of the fuel cell stack, and the hydrogen gas containing a plenty of vapor exhausted from the fuel cell stack 2 is returned to the hydrogen permeating part 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
