PHASE ANGLE ROTATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce errors in a phase angle rotated output without storing sinθ and cosθ necessary for phase rotation in a memory.

SOLUTION: In a phase angle rotation method used in a circuit for transforming a two-dimensional signal expressed in terms of a complex number into a phase-rotated signal, the transformation is processed by using a specified phase angle rotation calculation in which sinθ and cosθ are approximately substituted by sinθ =θ and cosθ = 1.
