<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving agent advertisement added lease tenant/leaver notice sending system for making a moving agent side surely send a contract notice and cancellation notice including the advertisements of a moving agent to a tenant and leaver to reduce any trouble at the time of making or releasing a contract, and to inexpensively and efficiently send the advertisements to expected movers. <P>SOLUTION: This first moving advertisement added tenant/leaver notice sending system 1 is provided with a first information processing terminal 2, a second information processing terminal 3, a notice sending part 4, and the Internet 5. The first information processing terminal 2 is provided with a tenant/leaver management data base 2a, a tenant/leaver information mail preparing part 2b, and an information mail transmitting part 2c. The second information processing terminal 3 is provided with a mail transmitting/receiving part 3a and a notice preparing part 3b.
