<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for guaranteeing aseismic reinforcing work by performing diagnosis on aseismic properties and the designing of construction work with high reliability without an individual difference among diagnosticians or designers, automatically creating estimates for them, and linking insurances about diagnosis on aseismic properties, aseismic reinforcing work, and earthquakes. <P>SOLUTION: Article data of an existing housing are inputted to pieces of aseismic property diagnosis/construction work design software 22, 32, 42 and 52 incorporated into respective terminal devices 20, 30, 40 and 50. The data are computed and compared with predetermined criteria to determine the aseismic properties of the existing housing. If the housing needs aseismic reinforcing, data on members such as bearing walls to be added to the input article data are inputted and the aseismic properties are determined using a similar method so as to design aseismic reinforcing work to meet a grade about a predetermined aseismic property. When the designed aseismic reinforcing work has been done, an earthquake insurance favored according to the grade is given to guarantee the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
