PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property notification apparatus in which light is conspicuously emitted for reporting a location of property and a target to attach a receiver is hardly limited. SOLUTION: In a property notification apparatus 10, a flexible band 30 is mounted on a receiver 20 for receiving radio waves of a mobile telephone set. A band surface of the flexible band 30 is equipped with an electro-luminescent sheet (planar light emitting means). When the receiver 20 receives the radio waves of the mobile telephone set, the electro-luminescent sheet is emitted on the band surface of the flexible band 30. It is better that the receiver 20 is equipped with a waterproof case and the flexible band 30 is equipped with a transparent waterproof cover for covering the electro-luminescent sheet.
