PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uncomfortable feeling during riding by effectively reducing temperature of an interior product in a vehicle by previous air conditioning. SOLUTION: In the previous air conditioning, temperatures of an instrument panel 1, a handle 2, and a seat 3 are controlled to be lowered. The temperatures of the instrument panel 1 and the seat 3 are decreased by providing blowing ports 10 and 20 for the instrument panel 1 and the seat 3 themselves and receiving wind from another blowing port 50 or the like. The temperatures of the handle 2 can be decreased by the blowing port 20 in the front surface of the instrument panel 1 and the blowing port 50 in the ceiling surface that are positioned and adjusted to feed air to the handle 2.
