PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for producing a high pressure hose having a synthetic resin as a main raw material, the high pressure hose is used for a hydraulic hose of a hydraulic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: coating a tube(1) with 0.1-0.15 mm of a water adhesive(2); knitting and braiding the coated tube with high strong thread at an angle of tan 30-75 degree; coating the knitted and braided tube with 0.1-0.15 mm of a thermoplastic resin(4) by an extrusion which has the uniform thickness by a surface massage ring; simultaneously, passing the tube through a vacuum heating throat having a temperature of 220-230 °C and a vacuum pressure of 30-40 cmhg to adhere a surface coating resin(5).
