摘要 PURPOSE: An irregular surface type hot plate for heat filter press dehydrator is provided to increase sludge recycling efficiency by producing sludge cake with low moisture content, improving dehydration rate of sludge and securing filtrate discharge path as decreasing loss of heat transfer. CONSTITUTION: In a hot plate for heat filter press dehydrator that is inserted into membrane filter plates to transfer thermal energy to sludge by heating medium transferred inside the hot plate, the irregular surface type hot plate(20) for heat filter press dehydrator comprises a filtrate guiding means in which a central part(23) of the hot plate is depressed compared to a frame part(25) of the outer side of the hot plate, and a plural protrusions are formed on the surface of the depressed central part so that thermal energy is transferred through peaks of the protrusions, and filtrate dehydrated from the sludge is discharged through projecting valleys between the protrusions; and a filtrate discharge hole(27) formed on the frame part of the lower side of the hot plate central part in such a manner that the filtrate discharge hole is formed from the central part to the outside, wherein the irregular surface type hot plate for heat filter press dehydrator further comprises a filter cloth installed between the sludge and the filtrate guiding means so that only moisture of the sludge is dehydrated and discharged, wherein the filtrate guiding means is linear protrusions formed on the central part of the hot plate, and wherein the filtrate guiding means is latticed protrusions(29-b) formed on the central part of the hot plate.
