PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply device having a front plate capable of preventing intrusion of a water drop entering through an air intake into a case body. SOLUTION: A maintenance opening 521 is formed in a rainproof plate 52 by positioning it below an air passage 53, and a lid plate 55 is detachably mounted on the maintenance opening from a front side. In this case, an exposed part 522 of the rainproof plate which is not covered with a front plate 51 is formed at least over the whole upper fringe of the maintenance opening, and a seal material 551 mounted on a rear surface of the lid plate adheres closely to the exposed part.
