PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation storage furnished with a cold storing part favorable in freezing performance and at low cost without mass-producing it. SOLUTION: This cold insulation storage is furnished with a cold storing chamber 1 of heat insulation structure, a door 2 to open and close an opening part of the cold storing chamber 1, a cold storing agent 6 of a bagging flat body type to cold-insulate indoor by absorbing heat in the inside of the cold storing chamber 1 and a cooling device 3 including an evaporator 7 constituted of a winding type heat conduction pipe for cold-storing the cold storing agent 6 by cooling it. It is also furnished with a first heat conduction plate 9 bending and forming a plurality of groove parts to fit the winding type heat conduction pipe 7, a second heat conduction plate 10 overlapped and fastened on the first heat conduction plate 9 and to hold the winding type heat conduction pipe 7 and a cold regenerating chemical holder 8 to hold the cold regenerating chemical 6 of the bagging flat body type between itself and one of the first and second heat conduction plates 9, 10.
