PURPOSE: A processing method of billet for forging is provided to perform hot cutting processing on the billet for forging injected into the forging process so that the billet for forging is cut to a certain size. CONSTITUTION: The processing method of billet(13) for forging comprises a workpiece heating process of heating the metallic workpiece(1) to a certain temperature through high frequency heating by continuously injecting square metallic workpiece into an induction heater(9); and a cutting process of cutting the square metallic workpiece heated in the workpiece heating process to a certain size used in the forging process through a hot working cutter(11), wherein the processing method further comprises a refractory material adhesion process of adhering a refractory material(5) for preventing disconnection to the ceramic bond coated part of the metallic workpiece after coating a ceramic bond(3) durable at a high temperature on one front end of the initial squared metallic workpiece before performing the workpiece heating process, and wherein the refractory material is molded into a circular plate having certain thickness, and a plurality of distribution holes for exhausting gas are formed on the refractory material.
