摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the following problem: drive characteristics and shift characteristics of a vehicle become harsh by operation of a clutch with the improper standard position.

SOLUTION: The standard position is found according to a routine, is stored and is updated thereby, and an operation parameter causing the axial displacement between the shafts is found. When the operation parameter exceeds a prescribed limit value, the detection and the storage according to the routine of the standard position are changed.
