<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fluid machine integrated with a motor whereby alignment is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 32 of an outer rotor type motor 3 for driving a helical mechanism part 2 is supported on a fixed shaft 33 of the motor 3 by rotor frames 324 and 35 provided on at least one end side of the rotor 32 through rolling bearings 39 and 40.
