摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of applying a predetermined load to an electronic part while keeping a self heat generation temperature to a constant for any electronic parts. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for an electronic part, a predetermined load determined by a burn-in temperature, a burn-in voltage and a burn-in time is set and burn-in is carried out against the electronic part so as to apply a same load. The manufacturing method includes a first step for setting a temperature of the electronic part to the predetermined temperature by placing the part at the temperature lower than the burn-in temperature; a second step for raising/controlling the temperature of the electronic part from the predetermined temperature to the burn-in temperature by applying constant power to the electronic part; and a third step of comparing an actual applied voltage applied to the electronic part at the burn-in temperature with the burn-in voltage, correcting the burn-in time from the comparison to determine the corrected burn-in time and applying the constant power to the electronic part based on the corrected burn-in time.
