PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golfer supporting device or the like showing a direction in which a ball is intuitively shot to a golfer. SOLUTION: The existing direction of a cup at a present location as shown by arrow 51 is displayed by an absolute direction on a display unit by utilizing a device direction obtained based on information of a gyroscope or a terrestrial magnetism sensor in addition to information regarding the present location and information regarding the cup location. Therefore, even when the cup cannot be seen from a swinging location, the golfer can intuitively recognize the existing direction of the cup. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
