PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle lifting device of a bicycle, in which for riding on the bicycle, running and stopping, as the saddle is lowered with lever operation, both feet are grounded and a stable posture can be maintained, when starting, as stepping on a pedal, a body is raised, the saddle is automatically lifted, stable running can be maintained, and safety can be kept with less load to the body. SOLUTION: A main shaft pipe connecting a bicycle frame and the saddle is formed in a double structure with an inner ring and an outer ring, a spring is inserted in the outer ring under the inner ring, and a locking device is mounted on the inner ring at an appropriate position in a state that the inner ring is lifted to the maximum. In a state of loading body weight to the saddle, by releasing the lock, the spring is contracted and the saddle is lowered, and by raising the body, the spring is restored and the saddle is lifted.
