PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rule for a portable electric circular saw which can cut a material in an accurate, rapid, and safety manner. SOLUTION: A metallic cutting blade is placed in a notch of a rule, some component is removed, and a cutting material properly dimensioned by plywood or the like placed on the cutting material is cut.
