The piezoelectric flexural converter has an elongated bearer body (2) fitted with a piezo-body (6,10) on at least one long side (4,8) and a number of structure elements (26) within the bearer body of a material (24b) with different mechanical properties from the bearer material (24a). The structure elements have a modulus of elasticity that is different from that of the bearer material.
